Banana Split Cupcakes

Summertime might still be far away, but ice cream dreams come in the form of cupcakes this time of year. The banana split cupcake can go down in a couple of different ways. Afterall, there are plenty of components that make up the beloved frozen treat: bananas, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, pineapple, peanuts, and, of course, whipped cream with a cherry on top. 

These cupcakes feature a banana cake, topped with strawberry buttercream and all the fixings (minus the cherry)!
