Ultimate Snickers Cupcakes!

These jumbo-sized cupcakes are filled with snickers cheesecake, topped with caramel buttercream and dipped in chocolate. Finished with caramel and peanuts, these cupcakes are absolutely to die for!

  4. I can't type the exact recipe because these cupcakes are from a local bakery, but if you take the following ingredients, you will be able to replicate the recipe:

    chocolate cake mix - prepared according to the directions on the box

    2 cups whipped cream
    1 cup crushed oreos
    1/4 cup salted peanuts
    2 tablespoons caramel sundae sauce
    2 cups chocolate melting wafers

    Use whatever buttercream you like, in this case, they used caramel, but you can use chocolate or caramel buttercream from the supermarket.

    Fold the oreos, peanuts and caramel into the whipped cream until well-combined. Set aside.

    Bake the cupcakes according to the directions on the box. Once cooled, fill each cupcake with the oreo whipped cream. You can use spoons or a tablespoon to dig out the middle of the cupcake. Next, frost cupcakes using a piping bag or ziploc bag.

    Put cupcakes on a baking sheet and put in the freezer to harden.

    Meanwhile, melt the chocolates in the microwave for approx. 2 mins.

    Once the frosting on the cupcakes is hard, dunk the top of the cupcake into the melted chocolate! (If you plan to garnish with nuts, be sure to apply before it hardens!)

    Serve when the cupcake returns to room temperature!

    *You can also add leftover cheesecake into the whipped cream mixture for added flavor!
